There
are TEN steps to completing a domain transaction through the
escrow service
Buyer
and seller agree to price and CONFIRM this price in the bid
thread.
Buyer and seller download transaction documents from their
user accounts.
Buyer and seller complete, sign and fax the transaction documents
(including Domain Sales Contract) to Escrow. ( an online paperless
function will be addedin the next weeks, thus saving time
and costs.)
Escrow sends buyer and seller a copy of the other party's
Domain Sales Contract.
Escrow issues an invoice to the buyer.
The buyer pays the invoice (depending on the purchase price)
either by credit card ,by wire transfer, or PayPal
When payment arrives in the escrow account, seller is instructed
how to make the domain free for transfer and buyer how to
initiate a transfer request.
In some cases, the seller must cancel his/her domain ownership.
In these cases we will provide further instruction on how
to do this.
Escrow oversees technical transaction until domain is listed
as owned by the buyer in the WHOIS database.
When domain has been transferred successfully Escrow transfers
the payment to the seller's bank account.

Domain names are not case sensitive. WWW.DomainName.com is the
same as www.domainname.com,the same as www.DOMAINNAME.com -
they can never point to different websites.
